Bootstrapping vs. Investing: How to Make the Right Financial Decision for Your Business

This video is about deciding whether or not you should bootstrap a task or responsibility in your business or if you should delegate it out by hiring somebody to do it for you. This can be a difficult decision because it's hard to part with your hard earned income! It can be really tempting to stay very lean with your expenses and tuck away the money you make and use it for cushion and/or owner's pay.
