How To Restore Windows 10 Default Theme | Remove Custom Theme & Icon
In this Windows Tutorial I will be showing you how to Remove any third party themes including the icons this is pretty simple to do all you need to do is everything in reverse when setting up the theme.
To delete any custom theme files, go to the local Disk C - Windows - Resources - Themes. Now select the custom theme you want to delete. Just right click and Delete the File.

Bro do you have a solution for this ?, When I'm trying to uninstall old new explorercfg the user account control pop up and says " do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?, Microsoft(C) Register Server, Yes or No" when I click yes it pop up again as well as no nor yes and then no vice versa, and then after two times pop up it not uninstalled and I'm trying to click uninstall again but it's the same like above, I couldn't install it, give me solution plss

The system cache holds your custom icon and the cache is clear when you install a different icon and then uninstall it.
Solution: Install any other icon and then uninstall it and it will bring back the old default icon
