Here's my ownership view of these bikes. 1.Engine- G310R has weak bottom, punchy mid range and top end. CB300R has great bottom end, weak mid range and amazing power from 6000 to 9000rpm. Both are smooth but CB is superior. BMW has instant throttle response. CB has the lightest gear shifts compared to any bike in other segments. 2. Handling- BMW has amazing stability but CB rocks in city traffic and it feels like TVS 50 in dimension😄. If you ride CB you'll enjoy it the most in traffic areas due to its ability to slice and rip through them even via gaps that any commuter can't pass through. CB is lighter than most 200cc segment bikes and the parts are tightly packed. Tyre grip is average in BMW and worst in CB, so I switched to Apollo Alpha and the grip now is vera level. 3. Comfort- hands down BMW dhan. CB is also comfortable and it has nice damp feel over sharp bumps. BMW just glides over them and potholes are not a problem for this. 4. Braking- BMW is better and CB also stops short without drama but the confidence level is low since there's no sharp bite and only feels progressive. 5. Maintenance- BMW is the worst😅😅 and its because of the network and number of service personnel in Tamil Nadu alone. Quality of the service is good but Honda BIGWING service is instantaneous and top notch. 6. Mileage- BMW returns 27 to 31kmpl. CB returns 34 to 40kmpl. CB rocks in this department. 7. Headlight- BMW has better spread and intensity. You'll have to install aux for CB cuz it has the worst headlight. Overall my view- CB is best city slicker even compared to any 100 to 400cc segment but for touring, windblast is high. BMW is very comfortable and its engine has the character that feels more connected to you. My bro and dad loves CB but I love BMW. Test ride them both and decide if you want to upgrade.
@@sriram4019 smooth till 110 and post that there are some vibes but its not bothersome... if you wear proper gears you could go long journeys above 120kmph speeds... cb has superior refinement and it felt smooth like a parallel twin..
dude ask the bmw owner to fix his back number plate using metal screws. I had a similar setup to his and lost my number plate. The number plate holder is very weak in g310R.
Bro CB 300r ku dedicated ownership review video podunga pls :) Would like to know the review from owner's perspective before buying it. Enga thednalu kadaila😂
@@sivag87 Service is cheaper compared to other bikes, so far I have done only for 3k per service, availability of spares is an issue, we are in a owners whatsapp group in which one Honda Dealer person is also there who is facilitating the spares wherever in India...
