Salamun alaikum, what proof do you have that the prophet actually said this as his sunnah isn't something mentioned in the quran? and the quran as we know is complete and completely detailed :)
@Mona afni Quran is the most important by far. But Quran is not completely detailed about everything. The Quran endorses Prophet to show us how understand the Quran and lead a good life as an example.

Remember in the quran it is written that no other religion is accepted other than islam alone.. Remember the God who teaches the quran has a religion for all humans of our time which is called islam alone..
