Awesome upload Miriam and Leonardo. I had a lesson in cadena before covid pandemic. All I had was a video of the lesson (with the permission and kindness of the teacher) but none of lesson on how to execute the cadena. One around the other was the missing key lesson. Muchas gracias.

The problem with cadenas is the large space needed, which is almost never available at a milonga… otherwise it is a great set of steps.
