My Weimaraner past away 2 Novembers ago. I miss him so much. The last 4 years I had him I worked from home he was with me constantly 24 hours. The best buddy you could have. The ladies at Dunkin Donuts loved him. Enjoy Bentley as much as you can. My best to you both.
I’m on my third bird dog. I had a long hair Weim as a boy. I had a GSP later on. Now I’m living with Spork, a 9 year old Weim service dog. Bird dogs are the best. Weims are the best bird dogs. Next I’m going to have a Vizsla.
weimaraner owner since 1986. love the breed. owned rescue wiems, adopted senior weims. took in a stray one. even bought a brand new puppy way back when. Love them Weims!
Love Bentley, his Dad isn't bad either...lol...so nice to see a dog just being a dog! My male whim was just like him...he was sooo funny, didn't want any part of real swimming, but give him a pond or creek edge and it was like " not really water mom." He was great, as each of my 3 have been. Each 1 at a time....so each got all the love they could stand. Have fun boys!
Great dog,he has the drive to work like his ancestors.Would be fun to train him as a gun dog,be good for his mind.Maybe the trucks would not matter so much then!
He's whining b/c he is in a cage. None of my 4 Weims ever did that in the car...in fact, none of them ever whined at all! However, all of them tilted their heads b/c they were trying to decipher what I was saying. Smart
I was saying the same thing. That fake fetch is no bueno 🤔 what is that??? Get u a real ball or toy and play fetch. Playing fetch is way more tiring for weims than just walking them

Weimaraners are the best dogs, period! We have a 2 year old female, named Inga and she's quite the rambunctious young lady.

Thanks for posting! I love Bentley already. He reminds me of me 3 yr old Weimer, Riley. They’d have lot of fun together.
