Lovely build, I particularly like the fully glazed cabin, the best I've seen! To my mind, when sailing from the closed cabin, the glazed area becomes very important, hence the greater unobstructed area, the better! Very neat and clean build, subscribed.
That is cool, for both of you. I still remember drooling over the Paradox when MAIB ran the series on how to build her years ago. You did a great job. Thanks for sharing.
Both, the glide performance of the sail and the glide performance of the underwater structure - lift to drag ratios - add to an overall glide performance of the boat, spoken in aerodynamical terms. This boat will only work, if deep in the water and under circumstances, when a good wind and course will compensate for the bad L/D - performance of sail and hull.
Dieter Schulz-Hoos you speak from book knowledge , obviously have not sailed one of these amazing designs. I have hundreds of miles underway in a Paradox. It is amazing and sails very well in a foot of water.

Very cool! I've built a Phil Bolger design, and it would have been awesome to have him take my boat out! Congrats!
Seems like a remarkably slow boat. What am I missing here.
Beautifully done ,she looks on you !
where can ı find the plans this boats?
Annoying sound!
Turn off the sound and the video got a lot better.
Interesting design concept will keep watching to see how she does.
Best of luck
Music is horrible, background sound is fine. Was this boat ever launched in good weather?!
I was there!!!!
hy , which paradox is this ? 4.20ft?

@Dieter You might want to see one properly underway. You might be surprised.
