Boothill's English Voice, Mr. Andrew Russell wasn't expecting to see his character appear right away in the beginning of HSR 2.2 main story quest and he was overjoyed to say the least. Decided to keep the editing minimal since it's a special moment and to keep ingenuity.

I really like how they didn't make the filter too strong, so he doesn't sound completely robotic. So while you can hear the machinery in his vocal chords, you can still hear the "human" in them too. A mix of the two, just like him.
