Surf foiling with the Foil Drive Gen 2 Assist Max & Assist Slim in Spain.

This was filmed with Xavi (owner of Wind Paradise surf & foil shop, Mataro, near Barcelona) just 2 days before the launch of the gen 2 foil drive assists. It shows how good both the assist slim and the assist max both are for pumping and linking waves, turning unsurfable conditions into a super fun foiling playground.

hello Dominic i am geeting one from Xavi, which is the smallest front wing size you think a person about your weight could use on a 38-40 litre board?

It depends on your weight. I’m 82kg and the smallest spitfire I can get onto foil on flat water is the 900, but with waves I can use the 780 easily

The power battery gives 2 - 2.5 times the run time of the assist plus with its biggest battery.
The sport battery gives a similar or slightly longer run time than the assist plus with its biggest battery.
The performance battery gives a short run time if you use it for continual motoring, but gives plenty of get-ups, even for a heavy rider using a small board and foil.
The endurance battery has the same run time as using the 2 small assist plus batteries connected together (i.e. the travel pack).
