Well the thing is that the energy and resources your body spends combatting the cold makes you more susceptible to not being able to fight off the infection because less resources are being diverted to the immune system, since more resources are combatting the cold. So it's not technically true that you get an infection from the cold but it makes you more susceptible to not being able to fight it off as effectively, especially if you're not dressed warm enough and your coldness is exacerbated by having wet hair or wearing wet anything in cold weather

My son, who has a degree in physics pointed out that to be technical about things, a lot of the science taught in public schools is not totally accurate (some even technically out right false). To be able to teach it at that grade level they have to simplify most things and in doing so a lot of details get lost or misrepresented.

Not all galaxies have a smbh at their center. Bar galaxies for instance have no known smbh in them, though bar galaxies are rare. Also, though you can say its theory for all spiral galaxies to contain a smbh at the center, it is an established fact for our galaxy.

If that's true, there'd be millions more fossils and bones of hundreds or thousands of unknown species aka missing links that are still missing but the truth is, we definitely would have found them by now. If you really want to know about science, the truth is out there.
Just want to point out #7 is only half right. It is a common misconception (as well as pushed by the Egyptian government) that the pyramids are tombs of the Pharaohs. This is actually never proven to be true. During the 200 and some years we have been studying the Pyramids with modern day archeology we have never actually found a tomb located within any of them. So what were they used for? We have no true idea actually...

My son, who has a degree in physics pointed out that to be technical about things, a lot of the science taught in public schools is not totally accurate (some even technically out right false). To be able to teach it at that grade level they have to simplify most things and in doing so a lot of details get lost or misrepresented.
