This was extremely accurate. After a break up earlier this year, very unexpectedly, then seeing him move on right away, I had to really focus on self-love. And thoughts about him consumed my energy, and I hated that it did. But I’ve definitely felt a turnaround within myself, started a big creative project sparked by it all, and I’m really hopeful for the next few months.
