@@aydinfarri7786 as far as I know, you can only use local temp inside FC or FB. If you want more example you can open library like FC105 or others and see how these blocks use local temp

But it.s password protected and supplier not handover us the password and now that supplier business closed. We can’t contact him. We need to add some new hardware but we can’t because of password. please can you help us how to remove that password. Thanks
The PLC is password protected? You mean, you can't download or monitor the PLC? I've read in a forum about that but need technical knowledge and some tools to get the password. And I don't know if it still can work now.

I haven't try for safety block. But it seems you cannot open the safety block in that way
