This helped me a lot. I was able to successfully create a catalog from Excel with pictures last night. Today, I want to rearrange the format, but I can't figure it out. I suppose it depends on your data source, you add fields manually and arrange them as required. I am not sure if you mean like an address block in Word or not. You could try adding more than one item in each column for examples Word,Introduction, in one column. That way you would get the information as one field. But as a block don't think so. Hope this helps
Can you give me some advice. I have made a ‘catalog ‘ in excel… it’s very long, simple like I want it although no one can open it because of the size. I have tried sooo many free softwares but nothing is how I would want it. It’s limiting me. My goal is to make a catalog of all my products with pictures some as many as six to send to my friends and family with real time updates. Would you suggest this application to do that over anything else? I wish RUclips allowed pictures for reference how I have it in excel lol. I’m struggling and all my coding skills have tanked so I need simple for now until I freshen up my skills.

If size in an issue in Excel, which is a much bigger program, it will be in Publisher. You could email me a screen shot. I will have a look
