This is an excellent tutorial to MS Publisher. I have been away from using Publisher for a way, but this video brings all the fun things that can be done. In my case, I have to produce a short monthly newsletter to my department regarding all of the resources which my library has to offer. Great job Kevin!!!

@@SaintsEdified I'm also interested. I think you would need to insert a page to the project and then design the layout page by page. I'm also interested in being able to add fields and populate those with a merge file.

Very helpful , thank you. I was hoping to see a tip on sizing individual cards, and applying multiple cards (or images to a common 8.5 x 11 paper) for hand cutting to save paper. For instance multiplying 9 images to one paper for printing. Also how to exact the size of each.

Hey Kevin! Love your ‘Get on with it style’ I use Microsoft ToDo but I reckon I am only getting 10% out of it. If you are looking to produce more material I think this would fit the bill. Most people I know are not aware it’s included with MS Office. Wayne

One way to store it or share it is to take a screenshot. As a screenshot, the flyer becomes a pic. It can be used or stored anywhere without actually sharing the file itself.

Thanks for the excellent video. I use to use Publisher years ago in W98 and now I need to relearn it. I want to build display ads that will appear in Pinterest. But first, I need templates for that. It seems the most popular template is 236x354 pixels. Wish me luck.

That was a real nice tutorial Kevin! I like making greeting cards and this video explained a lot for me about some of the functions of Publisher.
But I was wondering if you could make a video for greeting cards that includes crop marks to cut the card to size so that it could be sent in a standard #6 3/4 envelope.
There are rulers on the page. You can size shapes by inches and align to a grid. Put 30 minutes into it I bet you get it.
Hey Kevin: Do you have a video on publisher that shows how to insert a form field? I already have a Pub Doc that is
"my template" and now I'd like to add mandatory fields. This way I can share the template w a colleague and they can just go in and fill out the mandatory fields by clicking 'tab' and visually seeing what fields need to be filled out. Thanks
