I'm from Peachtree City, GA where we have 90 miles of cart paths and most people have golf carts (some have GEMS). We've also been called "The Bubble". You will LOVE the cart life! Congrats on another bucket list item! ❤❤❤

Adam, I think the appropriate choice for waving versus a nod is to use the universal rural American standard--hands on the steering wheel at 10 and 2, lift the index finger and middle finger together as a "wave" when you pass. If you're feeling it, add a backward head tilt for extra style points.
I've been looking for a solution for the RV that we take to the horse shows I'm not a golf cart fan but this would definitely fit the bill and fit in the RV because it is a toy hauler but it is configured for the Cat Rescue. This is going to make my life so much easier. I went on their website and they're very reasonable thank you for showing this I would never have thought about this little "GEM".🐾 A Dollar Tree Plus has those Garmin like sticky things that hold dash cams and phones. I e6000 mine to my diesels dash board.

Granted the golf cart will be minimal but you don't even know what your normal electric bill is on this house since you just moved in and you're starting to charge already. Any vehicle that moves is using some kind of fuel... It's thermodynamics.
I haven't read all the comments, but the only reason your cart makes noise is to alert pedestrians/ cyclists that you're there. My Nissan Leaf only makes noise up to 30 mph. It's a safety feature, not a function of the vehicle. So happy you're staying in Orlando. I love the time you spend with friends (especially Tim, but everyone too. It makes you such a real person that I would know). Happy for you and us.
We love celebration, spent many a time driving around looking at all the different houses, and there are some beautiful houses in there! ❤ love it, you’re so lucky to own a house there. Loving the cart as well!
Most EVs have a sound generator for the safety of those around you. The old EVs could sneak up on you in full silence. That made for some good pranks sneaking up on someone and honking your horn.

The sound is actually played through a speaker! All EVs are required to make some noise as a safety regulation for pedestrians. There's some cool podcasts out there about the sound design all car manufactures went into when deciding how their EVs sound.
