Just a theory. They might be sending them in small packages to avoid customs. Im a dancer and some costume companies send us their stuff in small quantities so we avoid customs. I’m in Australia so might be different but just an idea. Love your content ❤️

Typically returns are also on a timed date, considering the package arrived in January, it's well past a month from when it was received. It's probably not returnable anymore.
