It would be quite easy next to real marines only. Red marines fix the issue normal marines have against AoE and you just lead with them, and orange marines dogwalk heavily armored stuff. The lack of healing is also fixed by just switching into green when out of combat
Overall, I think it's a fun idea for a playthrough in the archives, but nothing to make a main channel vid out lf sadly. It's too niche, and also too easy. Marines only was already done, this is just better marines.
Might as well go for LotM: (Helicopter) Zealots only. Grant "lost" due to lack of anti-air, and LotM should make it more possible without having to resort to SoA/Monoliths.

I think something like the Extreme Weapons Pack of Doom but with Starcraft? I'm picturing Marines always doing 1 damage but there's a tiny chance they instakill their target. Or Battlecruisers taking forever to charge up the Yamato Cannon... then as soon as it fires it's a very slow projectile that does no damage...

You should still be able to buy it when you have damaged units. You just don't get the discount.
Also only works near barracks, otherwise you're out of network and get charged full price anyway.
