      Rumpke offers a free, professional-driver training program to help grow our team of drivers. Since the program's inception, hundreds of individuals have secured their Class B CDL and started driving for us. Unlike many CDL training programs which cost thousands of dollars, Rumpke's driver trainee program is a full-time paid position. Individuals receive classroom, in-field, and cross-training. We cover all training costs, and participants earn raises for each milestone achieved. to aplly for a driver trainee position, please visit our website rumpke.cc/43razQh

      Hi Robert! I hope your interview goes well. I would ask questions such as:
      What do you expect from team members in this position? ...
      Will those expectations change over time? ...
      What is a typical day like in this role at Rumpke? ...
      What does success look like in this position, and how do you measure it?
      What are the next steps in the job process?
      Let me know how things go and if you have any questions after the interview, feel free to reach out here.
      Thanks!

    Is it a stable shift ? Or do you work until your done ?

    • @RumpkeCleanAndGreen
      @RumpkeCleanAndGreen  3 года назад +1

      It depends on the position, but most of our driver positions work on routes with allotted timeframes. If a driver finishes his route early, he is done and can generally go home or help other drivers with their routes. If drivers help and pick up other routes, that is additional pay.
