- This was just a fun video completed for a class history project. Please enjoy, but don't expect a Hollywood production! :)
Some of the information in this video was taken from the National Park Service's website explaining how the tune "To Anacreon in Heaven" became the National Anthem of the United States:

Also, you can find out more about the effort to make "The Star-Spangled Banner" the National Anthem by reading this article by Jari Villanueva (The Taps Bugler):

If it wasn't for that ship crashing into the franchise Scott key bridge I never would have know this...🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾
That's a horrible situation to lead you to this video, but thanks for watching anyway!
@@mr.roywulf this will also be part of history.. 🤷🏾
@@love4lust7301 Yes, indeed!
Outstanding!
Glad you enjoyed the video!
GOD I WANT TO PLAY VIOLIN TO PLAY THIS SONG THIS IS MY FAVORITE SONG
@@mr.roywulf I have a genetic disorder called McArdle(it's about with my muscles. They don't work properly), and this is causing me to get tired when I am running (sometimes even walking),working out, carrying heavy things, so holding a violin would also make me feel tired and cause my arm feel hurt. So I probably wouldn't be able to learn how to play a violin. I thought about going to a public course, but I knew no one would wait for me when I would rest my arm a bit, later there was private course in my mind, but I need to have a lot money for that. So I don't know. Everything is hard for me.
@@Dandelionthedefiant You know, the least tiring instrument to play is probably a piano or other keyboard instrument. Would that be interesting for you to try? Almost every other instrument involves holding your arms up for a long time, and that can get tiring. What do you think? (The first instrument that I learned to play was the piano.)
Salutations I have a question for you, where in the Sam Hill did you the union navy dress blue uniform? When you did that uss constellation and monitor video, just wondering
Thanks Trev the mariner
Hi Trev -- For the Constellation and Monitor video, I got different uniform parts from different places. The hat was from Dirty Billy's Hats. It was rather expensive, but the authenticity is 100%. The woolen frock and 13-button pants were from the online shop of the National Civil War Naval Museum. The problem is that they do not have many in stock at any one time. You could give them a call. Also, I have been told that there are also tailors in Gettysburg that will create just about any uniform you might need. Lastly, the organization Ship's Company in Baltimore can send you information on where to buy uniform parts. Good luck!
Thanks and may you have fair winds and soft seas
And I don’t have to worry about the summer dress jumper because it’s already ordered and I got a tan belt and civil war era black shoes that I got for Christmas so yeah I’m kinda half way there maybe
No Hollywood, maybe, but more than competent
Thanks so much! It was a fun video to make!
More, please??@@mr.roywulf
@@denniscahill9683 Well, we have more videos in the works. However, it's partly a matter of the weather warming up a bit to finish filming as well as finding the time to work on them!
Believe me, I understand. I'm just being greedy for your content!@@mr.roywulf
