Daniel bernhardt was in the matrix, john wick, nobody, and even Red Notice, and many more movies that don’t come to mind instantly, and he’s incredible and I think he’s awesome

Martial arts teaches a person on how to take a hit, kick or knee to a body to avoid injury. Injuries cause bruising.
