I put the peanut butter into my smoothies and it's the best!! I love it. No!! with the dates, get a banana, cut a banana down the middle, add dates, cinnamon, chocolate and pop it into the oven until the chocolate has melted. Then add the almonds, or a but of your choice and enjoy. It's the best snack/desert.
