  • Snowmobile ride into White Otter Castle from Ignace Ontario. We broke trail all the way in, having to stop many many times to clear brush and trees that had fallen down onto the trails. It was an amazing ride to say the least. Special thanks to Bradley, Bobby and Wayne for the adventure.

    Have a Tundra Sport in 600 ACE that I use mostly to poke around our sugar bush, with the occasional trail ride and ice fishing day thrown in... this is the kind of adventure I aspire to. Thanks for the video

    Mike - how has the 600 ace been for cold start for you this year? We’re in the same neck of the woods ... We had one nasty cold winter. I’ve got the 550 f in my Tundra which starts great. I love that ace motor tho!

      Grant L I’ve only ever had one time where I had to boost it with a small pocket booster. We drove 1.5 hours at close to -40’C. When we unloaded from the open trailer it just went click. I think it was more of a cable thing than a battery issue. The rest of the weekend was -30, -37 overnight and I didn’t have to boost it again. It’s been very reliable.

      Mike Johnston nice ride to the Castle. Bad ice storm in Nov really messed up trails out that way. I posted a short vid where we gave up after 3 hrs of trail clearing. I was really impressed with the ease my tundra broke trail. Very happy so far with it.

    how fast are you going across that lake?

    • @Mikayaks
      @Mikayaks  6 лет назад

      I was wide open going across a few of those lakes, and my Tundra 600 ACE tops out at about 110-112 km/h or 68-70 mph

    during those 8 hours how much fuel did you consume?

    • @Mikayaks
      @Mikayaks  6 лет назад

      Asura it was only 94 km total in the 8 hours with all the brush clearing we had to do, so not much fuel used. I usual get about 200+ Km’s on a full tank.

    How do you like your tundra?

      NLGhostWolf it’s with the help of your video’s that I ended up committing to the Tundra. I don’t have the long track, just the sport 137” track, but it’s great! It is not a hard into the corners machine, but it’s fantastic for what I do. Trail, off trail, bush whacking and playing in the powder. Keep your great videos coming. Thanks!

      Charlie/NLGhostWolf, I imagine you have sold more than a few Tundras with your videos... that's why I bought mine. Thanks guys.

      I'm glad you like the Tundra Mike. Hardest thing for me to get use to when I switched from the Bearcat to the Tundra was how much weight to out into the turns especially in the powder. I was always over doing it until I got use to how little effort you need as compared to the bigger, wider heavier Bearcat.

      I hope you like it Andrew, mine is still serving me better than expected. I still can't get over where I can put it. Simple amazing where these machines can go. I'm not sure how many I sold but I know it's probably 6+... I get a few private messages to... I just hope people are happy with their sleds especially if they bought it after seeing my videos...
