- Nigerian premier airline, Air Peace launched its inaugural Lagos to London operations on Saturday, 30th March 2024 Saturday morning marking a flight service resumption to one the busiest and most lucrative routes from the country.

I don't like Keyamo but I won't shy away from congratulating him on this one. He is doing well. I hope he will help other Nigerian airlines to take advantage of this as we have 14 outstanding trip per week to take advantage of. I will fly airpeace when next I will travel

Is air peace the only local airline we have in Nigeria?
No. But the are the first to meet the international requirements for now. A lot of things are involved and Allen Onyema has been working on these for years. Others are free to come up, it's a free market that only requires govt support. These particular aircraft Tripple 7 is quite expensive and luxurious and not all the local airline companies can afford it. Again, this has crashed the international politics and monopoly which as well crashed the price ìn other airlines. Keyamo has tried so much on this one. They have milked Nigeria so much, the number of Nigerians that fly in and out of Nigeria every week is very huge so let's also gain from London. With this move flying to America would be very easier soon. I wish atleast 2 others would join Air peace so that other countries will stop insulting us. @@OlufunshiAyo

Waiting for the commencement of Lagos-DFW route. Why should I give my dollars to any other brand when there is a Nigerian brand in the market offering optimum service. Yes, value for money is paramount but also is some patriotism for our local brands.
Lagos DFW route will not be profitable more than Houston Lagos route

However, Africa need to have direct flight to South America. The whole of Africa is cut off from direct flight to South America, that's really bad.

For those who were complaining of the president putting a square peg on a round hole when the current Minister of Aviation was appointed will now see how his profession as a Lawyer aided the negotiation for the implementation of the bilateral air service agreement (BASA) Some Nigerians just criticize without thinking. Their focus was only on Nigeria not realizing that the position calls for regulatory and aviation laws much easier for someone with legal background.
