This segment highlights cultural traditions in homelands. Ghada was keen to mention the specialty bread called Mraqqad (مرقّد) only made in Kour Lebanon and in its twin city of Kormakites Cyprus during Lent.
Tabouneh bread is also a custom bread of the region. It is an opportunity for the family and neighbours to work together for making this bread.
Malban is also another tradition of sweets made with grape juice and nuts.
