@@novaflame6816 figured it out actually, im not entirely sure what device i made the original comment on but im pretty sure it was buffering since i was trying to push my cpu to do all the work of decoding the video (i got like 80% cpu usage on my r5 3600 while the video was playing and like 2% on my gpu)
