I had the honor to meet Mr. Ellison on a few occasion when he was with Home Depot , he is exactly as humble as he sounds. Unfortunately I couldn't watch this live and participate in the Q&A, the question I would have asked Mr. Ellison, it was my understanding that he was supposed the be the next one in line to become CEO at Home Depot upon the retirement of then CEO Frank Blake when Home Depot bypassed him and promoted a white man instead. Now the question is : Was it discrimination that prevented him from becoming Home Depot's CEO and prompted his departure?
