You can see the exact moment Kronii was on denial then reached acceptance xD Kronii, you're gonna gain more weight if you're stressing to much about your weight. You're perfect the way you are as long you eat healthy 😭😭
I always hate when people equate low calories = healthy or high calories = unhealthy. Fat, carbs, and protein all have calories. HIGH PROTEIN = HIGH CALORIES. (I think its 1g of carbs = 4 cal, 1g of protein = 4 cal, and 1g of fat = 9 cal). Healthiness of food depends on quality/type of carbs or fats in the food (added sugar (carb) and saturated fats are unhealthy)
Also importantly, calorie levels are very much different than what's recommended (because that was measured iirc by taking essentially barely eating white men and applying it to the broad populace)!
In many ways that is true, but not in regard to weight. Our bodies do not violate thermodynamics, and cannot store energy as fat without taking in more than we use. A doctor demonstrated this in dramatic fashion by losing weight eating only junk food. To reply to the other two replies, calory use has been measured across many populations and is very consistent. It varies with weight, and pretty much nothing else. Highly active people and lazy people of the same size use the same number of calories, their bodies just run more efficiently.
There's nothing unhealthy about any kinds of carbs or fats. There's nothing unhealthy about any food that exists, outside of very specific contexts. The only things you can argue that are harmful are trans fats, but they're pretty rare these days. What makes something healthy or unhealthy, is dosage and context. Is a banana harmful? You'd think not. But if all you eat are bananas, then yes, they are unhealthy as fuck and you'll fucking die before long. Can't live off of nothing but a single fruit. It all depends on context. There's nothing wrong with sugars as long as they don't make up too large of a portion of your daily nutrient intake. If the sugars don't contribute to excessive caloric intake nor the lack of other nutrients, they're fine. For active people, sugars are pretty mandatory even to keep up performance. Good luck being really physically active when all you eat are a bunch of protein and fats. Keto does not feel good for most people, and doesn't help with high intensity activity. And saturated fats play an important role in various hormone productions, like testosterone. So again, you don't want to go around avoiding saturated fats. Or any fats, outside of those trans fats. Stick to a balanced diet where you deny yourself nothing, and adjust it depending on your goals. I realize people crave a black and white approach to healthiness where they can just completely avoid some things and only consume other things. But reality isn't black and white. The healthiest diet you can have, is a varied died, custom tailored to an individual, depending on their health status, lifestyle, and goals.
@@lordpisces5019 I'm not sure if you are agreeing with me or not as you worded it confusingly for me. Healthiness and Weight Loss/Gain are independent concepts. You can lose weight eating unhealthy food. You can gain weight eating healthy food. Also, lazy people and athletic people do in fact need different amount of calories. That is why you see strongmen athletes eat many thousands of calories a day because they use the energy produced by the food (calories) to lift massive weights while still being relatively lean. Meanwhile, you see people on weightloss shows eat ~2000 cal or less but gain weight due to their sedentary lifestyle.
Nah the american portion of poke bowls are gigantic. I’m close to 80kg and I’m still stuffed eating that. You can choose lots of healthy protein though
The sauce is also problematic if it's a prepackaged kind. A lot of empty calories come from the sugar and other preservatives they put in there to make it shelf stable and palatable.
PSA: weight loss via caloric deficit diet alone is always only a temporary effect. A century of research has never been able to disprove this, which is why people get yo-yo after diet. Weight loss is not only about how much you eat, equally important is what you eat, when you eat, when you sleep, how well you sleep. Exercise helps, but it's more about how exercise helps with overall health, therefore improving weight imbalance. Exercise doesn't directly contribute to weight loss that much
She does mention it was a number she looked up on google and the actual calorie count for your bowl will vary depending on what you put in it sauce and toppings.
Can confirm about the water weight thing. I sometimes drink 2L of water a day which is like 2lbs. That's a lot of water to sweat and pee out. I usually do "official" weigh ins on Tuesday when I get a B12 shot and drink less water on Sunday and Monday and between Sunday and Tuesday I usually drop 2lbs.
I can survive off about 1600/day without notable health issues or much complaint... if I'm not working out regularly, but I am these days. I have beef stew in front of me at this very moment, lol.
Folks like myself keep trying to tell this goober, she can happily have more calories as long as she burns those calories 🤣 as long as the “out” is bigger than the “in” and as long as the diet is healthy (which it is, she’s good about getting all her nutritional needs), she’s good to go.
@RecordToDeathToBoredom not sure i understand you, 30% per serving, say 250 grams vs 30% within an entire 1000 gram box means there is far less protein per 250 gram serving.
When Kronii started dieting I also did (I wasn't inspired by her, I just felt competitive, a bit parasocial I know) and I lost 13 kilograms in 3 weeks, so thanks Kronii 🙏
Nah shes right, for the most accurate results its best to not have eaten or had anything to drink when weighing yourself You dont have to «starve», it can just mean doing it after taking a piss in the morming n before you eat anything- its really not that serious
Even if you eat 1 minute before falling asleep you ARE going to awaken with an empty stomach. It takes like 2 hours to fully digest and absorb any kind if food, even when the body is resting and the process might be delayed, you will get done the work around that time frame because the body cannot risk overstaying the acid in the stomach, or she would wake up with heartburn or ulcers everyday.
The calories taken by Kronii go to her twin mountains lol
Woa haha good tiddy joke!!!
I'm sure Kronii would love that one!!!!
Or to her stilts
Nah it goes to the legs
poke bowl, gotta eat it all
"cuz I keep snacking during night time"
Me: sounds awfully relatable
You can see the exact moment Kronii was on denial then reached acceptance xD
Kronii, you're gonna gain more weight if you're stressing to much about your weight. You're perfect the way you are as long you eat healthy 😭😭
its more like i accidentally delete some important things and i was kinda like shock so.... probably Kronii would feel the same
She's actually so large that they have to get a forklift to get herself out of the house. 600 pounds even.
Probably a bowl full of rice, salmon/steak, and sauces. Really a 'bulking meal' if you ask me.
Mayo, especially mayo. But a 1000kcal bowl makes me think she got like fried tempura or something on it :D

Besides, calories on food can't be measured precisely and every body needs different amounts of calories.
Also importantly, calorie levels are very much different than what's recommended (because that was measured iirc by taking essentially barely eating white men and applying it to the broad populace)!

Lots of high protein meals are designed around you needing the calories for all the muscle training/gaining.
2:23 just gonna put this here for me..
I know why 😂
Kronii_deathsound1
For us
She’s gonna have a lot of muscle
Protein smoothie, and I see kronii eyeing the fish to save time as a component
The cope is real and the cope is cracking
She was eating a gyudon with green onions on top xD...(?)
I think Kronii is truly a beast under that vtuber model, she knows so much about dieting and nutrition...
Fit thin, beautiful beast.
ah yes green onion sure would do something lol
So we found the reason of problem. Kroni == Puni Puni
those "healthy" bowl of assorted meal usually has more calories on its sauce. because without sauce they taste plain and not so good.
The problem is you can still have good sauce without relying on oil
Even freaking MSG is better

1:49 THIS TIME... WILL BE DIFFERENT!
IT'S NOT DIFFERENT AT ALL, IS IT STEVE?! BWAHAHAHAHA
"high in protein"
Been a while since I took biology, but I'm pretty sure I remember protein has as many calories per gram as fat does.
No. Carbs and protein at 4 kcal per gram; alcohol at 7; fat at 9
This is equivalent to "parsley garnish to make it healthy"
1:00 i approve the use of metric system here
As someone who never get fat i cant relate to this

How does she manage to be so cute so effortlessly?
What kind of rice do they put in the poke bowl for it to have almost 1000 calories lol
She does mention it was a number she looked up on google and the actual calorie count for your bowl will vary depending on what you put in it sauce and toppings.
It's the sauce and the rice + meat and some veggies.
Poke bowl are usually very big. It's almost double the serving of a normal rice meal.
A lot of sauces are mostly sugar and oil with trace amounts of the other stuff that gives it flavour.
cute kronii. good luck kronii!

_"I do weigh myself after I get up"_
*Which part* did get up though Kronii?
Kronii. You don't actually expect us to believe you didn't know a bowl of sweetened rice with sauce and toppings was a high-calorie dish?
Just to inform everyone here, high calories doesn't mean unhealthy, despite what Kronii believes. For example, milk is extremely high in calories.
you could use some coffee if you're hungry
Poke bowl BUT not have many veggies 😭😭😭
Kronii...
Took me a moment to remember not everyone eats 1000 calories per meal (I take about 1200 to 1500)
I can survive off about 1600/day without notable health issues or much complaint... if I'm not working out regularly, but I am these days. I have beef stew in front of me at this very moment, lol.
This makes me legitimately sad. She shouldn't stress about this.
Folks like myself keep trying to tell this goober, she can happily have more calories as long as she burns those calories 🤣 as long as the “out” is bigger than the “in” and as long as the diet is healthy (which it is, she’s good about getting all her nutritional needs), she’s good to go.
That was a sigh of "oh, crap... they're right."
I love is so healthy and fit.
You can taste the copium in the air.
OUH IT'S POKE BOWL, I WAS SO CONFUSE WATCHING THIS IN CLASS LIKE, "THEY SELL POKEBALL AS A FOOD?"
Kroni made ishowspeed face
Damn, Kronii’s maintenance is super fucking low dude
High protein= high calorie
Fauna will be sad hearing nature isn't giving Kronii greens on her Poke bowl
BLINK BLINK BLINK ..... SIGH.....
I didn't even know you got protein cereal, i hope its 30% per serving and not per box
30% per box is the same thing
@RecordToDeathToBoredom not sure i understand you, 30% per serving, say 250 grams vs 30% within an entire 1000 gram box means there is far less protein per 250 gram serving.
@@pondfishrancher250g x .3 is 75. 75 x 4 servings is 300g. 1000g x .3 is 300g. They both end up being a total of 300g
@@JeffMan1203 okay i understand the confusion,
Doing what makes you happy as long as you're still healthy overall is super based tho
Suuuuuueeeeeeyyyyyy🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷
When Kronii started dieting I also did (I wasn't inspired by her, I just felt competitive, a bit parasocial I know) and I lost 13 kilograms in 3 weeks, so thanks Kronii 🙏
Whoa, did you even eat at all bro? U ok?
green onion. nice
Its still progress from 3 day old subway sandwiches
No Kronii you are doing it wrong, you weigh yourself at full stomach you weigh yourself at best condition not starving
Nah shes right, for the most accurate results its best to not have eaten or had anything to drink when weighing yourself
You dont have to «starve», it can just mean doing it after taking a piss in the morming n before you eat anything- its really not that serious
She wants to lose weight and stay fit but my god her food choices is questionable.
Same tbh, but I’m taking steps
I think it’s too late for me to receive a ❤

Kronii cannot beat the PHAT allegations
Now I understand why Kronii has such a perfect body....
She should try asking Fauna for filling leafy greens. Although she'd have to hold back on the salad dressing Lmao
Does that imply she had no greens? Or something else? Because I'd think it'd be avocado as it is high in calories.
... ish. Avocado is high in fat but very low in carbs.
I feel this so much...
Tip on poke bowl: the cream cheese is a trick.
Big Kronii Vibes
Adorable little blue fatty
She’s gonna get scurvy with that attitude
So Sad
🗿Bro...
