- South Korean boyband BTS completed its Love Yourself series in July with ’Love Yourself 結 ‘Answer’.' One of the new songs on the repackaged album is “Euphoria,” a solo track featuring Jungkook singing about young love and new beginnings. It features production from the group’s frequent collaborator DJ Swivel, who also had a hand in other album tracks such as “Answer: Love Myself” and “I’m Fine.”

"And when I listen to Euphoria, I just see shades of the rainbow." Saaame. When I first listened to Euphoria, it made me feel lots of emotions. I'm an international fan that can't understand korean but the song made me feel a mix of melancholy, happiness, adventure, peace. I don't know. I just felt that. The song fits in any situation that I'm in. I just have a special connection with the song. I just love it.

It's funny how a song can make us feel various different emotions, in my case, whenever I listen to Euphoria, I feel the sadness of remembering the best moments, people and experiences of your life that aren't there anymore, so it's sort of a mix of sadness and happiness at the same time
It depends on the mood on the day when I listen to it but I always end up smiling softly even if it is out of happiness and contentment or sadness and nostalgia .
I listened to their music after hearing the UN speech by one of the group member of BTS, Kim namjoon. I gave them a casual listen started from LY tear album, BOY... and I did not expected their intro song to be a mix of R&B and Neol soul, rock, pop, Latin pop, EDM and last track tear a hip hop ! I’m sold seriously. Now I understand why everybody loves them.Gonna check their music in future for sure.

I knew making songs is not easy but I really never thought about just how complex the process is...soooo many instrumental layers below the vocals and so many different editing programmes went into a single song! Mad respect for all producers including our boys in BTS;)

it sucks that so many people leave hate comments simply because it's BTS. They are not your typical boy band. They write and produce almost all of their songs and tackle socio/political issues, talk about mental health, youth, poverty, friendship etc. They tell their OWN STORIES in their songs and make their listeners feel connected to their music. He has Synesthesia, which is the phsycological ability(/disorder[?]) to see colors in music. It also may contribute to why he is such a great producer because it can physically help him see notes and if they sound right.
Close, Synesthesia isn’t limited to music, it’s when some of your senses are linked (basically it’s a neurological condition in which information meant to stimulate one of your senses stimulates multiple) so it could also be tasting something when hearing a word or feel something when they smell a scent or like what you mentioned, seeing sounds

There are 3 main producers in the group all having over 50+ songs that they are credited for making (one even having over 100) by the Korean copyright association. They all take part in creating their own lyrics because they have a specific message they want to tell the world. Just because they are a group consisting of all boys, doesn’t mean they are manufactured dolls made by their industry. They came from a small company and made it to what it is today (worth over a billion dollars just from one group). They even have older videos of them explaining how they made a beat or how they’ve created their lyrics.

I never took BTS' music seriously until someone told me they had almost full creative freedom over their work. They write and produce a solid 95% of all of their music, and they're even involved in the creation of the ones other producers and lyricists are supposed to work on alone. I think that's awesome. To see them work with DJ Swivel was mind blowing, he's a wonderful and talented producer and Jungkook has one of the loveliest voices in pop, in my opinion. So thank you for this incredible song!

People shouldn't be called musicians if they don't even write their own songs. It's the basics of a singer/artist. Otherwise you're just a performer, the visual brand of the production team/label.

Every time I listen to euphoria, I feel like I can literally see colors. Whenever I have to take a long drive or flight, I put it on and just feel like everything is so free and happy. So, watching him show how he made the beats and everything was literally so satisfying for me. Watching this made me appreciate Euphoria even more.

when i listen to euphoria, i see myself walking by the seashore, hearing the sound of the waves, while the sun is setting, and wind brushes by my skin.
This melodic tom loop at 2:45 is so soothing🤧✨
in the beginning , the producer was talking about how he associates colour with sound, which i actually have. associating colour with sound is a form of synesthesia :). when i listen to euphoria, i picture rushing gulfs of a melodical sky blue, enveloped and warmed in a spring, ivory green, topped with flowering petals of buttercream yellow and the refreshing colour of pink lemonade. euphoria feels like a rush of a cool spring day turning into summer, as the warm caress of the afternoon breeze grazes among your rosy cheeks and tousles your hair. you share this day with laughs and playing tag with your friends, then laying down to relax at the end of the day as the sunset and warm sunrays kiss upon your eyes and your plush lips. it is such a beautifully made song that i love so much.

Caitlyn Malfoy me too. I have mixed feeling everytime i hear the song. Like it makes me happy and sad at the same time. It’s a bright vibe song but have sad undertone in it. And maybe because i still have the feeling when I watched the mv for the first time. It was a euphoric moment that lingers in me for a long time. Even until now.

euphoria makes me feel like i’m actually in euphoria. and it ends i just feel really really sad for some reason. it throws me into a world where my mind seems to be care free and happy all the time. unlike the reality, the total opposite. i guess songs do impact you a lot! i really hope they continue to produce more awesome tracks cause this is just absolutely incredible.

Natalie k there is many kinds of hip hop out there. I know that but the biggest part is mumble rap right now. That is wat people tend to lean more towards. Songs that talk about generic mumble rap stuff. Rappers like most of the “lils” and stuff like sixnine. That’s wat people listen to the most. There are still many rappers that don’t do tht like drake and Eminem, but people nowadays tend to listen to songs with a catchy beat but with no true significance in lyrics
Whenever i listen to euphoria, i always feel like being on a top of a mountain where there’s only a sea of clouds as far as the eyes can see. It’s the break of the dawn, when the sky is filled with beautiful shades of orange. Life is good.
