The copyright issues Amazon is talking about is plagiarism related.
Make sure you check for plagiarism and avoid using contents: title or body texts related to any popular author. Then make sure to add references in your book as well.
You can even use ChatGPT to get references relevant to your book so you can add.

Someone said Amazon terminates accounts that has books written by chatgpt. How true is that?
Others said the content generated by chatgpt must be paraphrased before uploading on amazon.

What Amazon blocks and terminates are books and accounts with plagiarised contents. As long as you publish any book on Amazon without sufficient proofs that the content isn't publicly available and you owned the rights, it'll be blocked and maybe the account suspended whether it was written with ChatGPT or not
