How to change prebend values if I set wrong angles at first time?
Sotware had also problem to join added flat element to base part. - I had to offset i little side wall.

Can you pleases send the slides? Because it is really hard to rely on the video alone..it is really frustrating when I need to look at certain page, I have to go back and forth from where you r, then do the same again to return to the point where u were at. This makes the whole idea impractical, I'm sorry to say that.

Hi. IGS need to be sew and thicken first (change to solid with uniform thickness) before starting NX Progressive Die Wizard. Since the application need thickness input at the beginning of each PDW project.

Sir i am stuck in direct unfold stage 1. Nx is unable to find bends
Hi Sir. Sometimes NX cannot detect a bend shape, this can due to defect on bending radius end line. If this the case, please repair it first the CAD geometry on not recognized bends.
You can see how to repair it on my video : ruclips.net/video/HTwTwmU7Sko/видео.html
This if the case you have zero gap and must create gap to unfold bends.
Or you can use Synchronous technology on NX CAD to edit the bending radius value first then try to unfold it.
I have that video but forgot where I keep it and not yet upload it. Your case was same case like I have been solve few times ago.
Or you can use Advanced Unforming Tool if the problem persist.

Sir i am a progressive die designer. In my company we use to design die using modeling wizard. Could u explain how faster and effective a die can be done in progressive die wizard.
Hi Sir, many of my friend also using CAD modeling for creating dies.
But the most difficulty is when they must meet surface modeling or surface editing. Need excellent CAD skill to finish the job.
Other problem also come when they want to insert 3D standard part in their assembly. They must create manually by looking product catalogue.
This will become big problem when the die design change and they must replace existing standard part with another one.
With NX progressive dies, all linked using geometry linker. Each command linked to the next.
Therefore if user make some change in the product then all related die components will also updated.
For standard part, user no need to draw it the 3D model, because NX will do it automatically.
This is because NX have complete standard library from many well known brand in mold or dies industry.
