Rylan graduated last weekend! I'm not quite sure it has hit me yet that I have FOUR high school graduates! This vlog has all the details of what went on the week of her graduation! What was your favorite part of this video? COMMENT BELOW!👇🏻

So, as luck would have it, Kamri and I came down with corona the week of Rylan's graduation. I had been on a business trip, so as soon as I got home I tested myself and was positive. Shaun and the kids had already moved back into our remodeled house so Kamri and I had the airbnb to ourselves to keep our distance.
Most of the grandparents flew into town, and were a tremendous help to Shaun and Rylan in getting things ready! The twins helped decorate Rylan's car before her Senior Walk Out. Kamri and I were working frantically to get everything ordered for Rylan's graduation party. Then the day of graduation, everyone attended the ceremony and Kamri and I watched the livestream. It was SO sad not being there, but cool that we still were able to experience it! While everyone was at the ceremony, Kamri and I decorated the yard with a huge lit 2022 sign and balloons, to surprise Ry when she got home!
Everything went off just as we had hoped, minus covid! Rylan loved her day, and we are all excited to see where she goes from here!

My favorite part is watching the tradition of everyone decorating her car!
My favorite part was of course the graduation but it's also the fact that even though you are sick you were in the BEST spirits. And your very positive. P.s I'm also adopted and my mom and dad use to struggle when it came to styling African American hair but my mom learned and she was awesome at it. Watching you with all of your children is an inspiration to me and I bet it's an inspiration to a lot of people as well. Wow four high-school grads you did a fantastic job. It's wild for me to see them graduate! I remember I started watching your CGH videos when you first started out, when the twins were pre-teens and I can't believe they are married/engaged and Kamri is in college and Rylan graduated. I have absolutely loved watching your family grow up!

Oh Mindy! When you said you were positive my mum heart cried with yours! I’m glad you were able to do bits and pieces throughout the week to celebrate even though it’s not the same. Shaun made me cry too. The love of a father is like none other.

I'm class of 2003, but due to being late to school all the time as I've never been a morning person and getting up early is HARD (Why as an adult I work nights) I had to go to summer to make up the few credits to graduate. I wasn't even able to attend so I didn't even get to watch all my friends walk. So I also get it.... although tbh the thought of walking in front of everyone -- TERRIFRYING!!!

Aww… my heart goes out to Mindy. Absolutely, hate Covid and the impact that it continues to have on our lives. We missed several grad parties last week because we all got Covid in our household. We thought it was just allergies and tested out of caution and sure enough one test after the next was positive.
