The guy in number 5 is lead singer of cold chisel who were number 1 on list. It sounds like you would like his songs. He is great to watch as either lead singer of cold chisel or as a solo artist ❤
I'm Aussie and didn't recognise two of those songs. Jimmy Barnes and John Farnhan did a great duet together called "When Something Is Wrong With My Baby"
He couldn't do them all but a few more older ones with huge international success- Air supply, Little River Band, Bee Gees, Johnny Okeefe, Olivia Newton John, Peter Allen, The Seekers, Rick Springfield, Brian Cadd, Helen Reddy, Dragon, Savage Garden and Sia then some iconic Aussie music Slim Dusty, John Williamson, Daddy Cool, The Triffids, The Loved Ones, Hoodoo Gurus, Boom Crash Opera, Choirboys, Redgum, Warumpi Band, Little Heroes and so many more
Jimmy Barnes number 5, is the lead singer of Cold Chisle number 1 when the get back together. Number 10 the Easybeats are Australia's most influential rock band. The 2 guitarist George Young and Harry Vander were the most influential songwriters and producers in Australia. As well as writing for the Easybeats they wrote for their former lead singer Stevie Wright including Guitar Band, Blackeyed Bruiser and the epic Evie 1,2 and 3. The also wrote and Produced for George's little brother's Malcolm and Angus's band AC/DC as well as John Paul Young, Ted Mulry, the Angels as well as many others. George Young and Harry Vander were named in Dire Straits song Sultanas of Swing they are guitar George and Harry with the daytime job.
It's curious to me how the video chose obscure bad audio versions for most of these songs. I assume for copyright reasons, but it hurt the overall impact. If they'd heard the radio versions, I'm guessing at least another few would have been recognised.
@@MaxSujyPOL I guess any one of them could have blocked him. all these songs have been reacted to individually, but it's a numbers game. Odd though to hear so many "bad" audio tracks.
I'm an Aussie musician and The Living End were great....but live, they couldn't hold a candle to Fireballs. Fireballs made it all over the ABC, our national Broadcaster and their bass player and I chased each other in and out of bands for a while. But they were too hard, too fast.....and the band they'd played many a gig with got the support for Green Day and the rest is The Living End history. Fireballs later did support for the original only reunion tour of Kiss, and famously got dragged out of retirement, personally by Lemmy himself, but the damage had been done. Look 'em up. They were way better than TLE, and I love TLE. Oh and you scooted straight over the Angels' "Am I ever gonna see you face again". You will NEVER hear a performance of this song without the iconic audience response "NO WAY GET F*CKED, F*CKOFF!" in the choruses.

How could they miss Bee Gees & Olivia Newton John?

Yeah, if he had chosen great audio it would have been blocked for sure.

The is a video highlighting the Top 150 Australian Bands and Singers, and will give you a great range of Australia's music scene.
Loved your reaction, especially your love of dogs. I assume you are in Thailand. Love your attitude too.
Yes, we are in Thailand countryside near the Laos border.

Whereabouts in Thailand are you? I have a Thai wife from Chiang Rai and I lived in Thailand for 5 years before returning to Australia.
Udon Thani, my wife Sujy is from Khon Kaen. We met in Chiang Mai in 2015.
@@MaxSujyPOL So she's Isan? The closest I got to there was Phetchabun. I miss being in Thailand.
@@kevkoala Yes, from a village near Khon Kaen. I will vlog a little bit at the end of our next Australian reaction video, it will give you nostalgia!
Songs would have been better recognised if not shown live as they don't always sound the same
we have heaps of snakes .... the brown snakes are scary, as in breeding time they will chase you
This list is subjective. One man's opinion.
Most of the lower numbered songs are so dull. No wonder I missed them.
the sound bites are toooo short for anyone to get the groove
I think your abour 5 songs in & iv only recognised 2 of them.
Crowded House #17, and Throw Your Arms Around Me certainly deserve to be in this list. Most of the earlier ‘hits’ are mournful, drab & amateurish.
better if they were not live versions
Only 19.
AC/DC 1-10
why did the uploader go with the live versions as they all sound like crap
Probably because of copyrights.
Can’t stand Khe San. Very few of the top songs in the list are worth hearing.
Pretty much a waste of 20 minutes of my life.
Watched the first 10 and don't like that guys taste in music so didn't watch anymore
Not the best list at all
