He's not "The King of Afrobeat". He doesn't do Afrobeat at all. What he does is Afropop. Good talk though.

King Sahmi Errr yes, actually. I know more about African music than a white man will ever dream to know. I no know white music pass am and him no know African music pass me, as Davido said.
You need to calm your nerves all the way down and realize that I'm not attacking Davido before you start jumping about everywhere.
"Afrobeat" is Fela music and very few people do it today. Femi and Seun Kuti still do it. There's one or two Wizkid songs (like Ojuelegba and Sexy) that sound like a modernized Afrobeat sound but 99% of the time, Wizkid does Afropop as well. If you now wanna call Davido "King of Afropop" then that's perfectly okay.
If you still don't understand what I'm saying, ask yourself if any of Davido's songs sounds like a Fela song. After you've asked yourself that, now ask yourself why you're arguing with me.
