    I work in telecom industry for past 15 years, must say one of the best videos on 5g on youtube. Appreciating! One thing which is distasteful, I see slides are copied from Mpirical, without credit being given to the source on the respective slides in the video.

    N1 is Air interface or physical interface ?
    When UE is moving from one gNB to another gNB in user plane , UPF will decide hand over How ?

      It is called NAS messages which UE uses to connect to core (through AMF ). Mobility management is done by AMF. UPF is Anchor point during mobility between one gnb to other

      These are Virtualised Network Functions and can be deployed on any data centre or cloud environment.
