Her phase 2 has around 3~4 different melee combos, if she claps half way, that mean she is stopping her current combo and going to start a new one. How considerate! (Nooooo~~)
Once her stagger white bar is shown, she will raise her shield and get into defense stance, trying to pry her shield is.... risky. It's better to keep a little distance and wait for her next attack.
