    Thanks for the vid! I saw the RBBB. I was also noticing the ST elevation in III, not so much in II. While AVF has very low voltage, it looked to be elevated as well. I was also seeing reciprocal depression in I and AVL. I though there might be an inferior stemi going on as well.

    I agree I also noted the ST changes in lead three and lead two. Dr. Kashou dose this present the Possibility of a myocardial Ischemic event In addition to the right bundle branch block?
