To honor and recognize those who passed away while in the care of Presbyterian Hospice, families, friends and loved ones are encouraged to view the Winter 2023 Service of Remembrance video. Presbyterian Hospice cares for many patients and their families towards the end of life and believe in family and patient-centered care. We are committed to making our patients’ last months as comfortable and as meaningful as possible. The hospice process is meant to help the patient live out their life in the way that is best for them.
