    Turquoise is a gift from the Holy People and serves as a reminder of the Blue world.
    Silver is the White Metal and serves as a reminder of the next world.

    I love learning about this stuff. As a Scandinvanian i can say i see a lot of similarity between this and old Norse culture. For us, 9 was a sacred number. We had 9 worlds. I've heard of Navajo speak of skinwalkers. We had similar with Berserkers & Ulfhedinn (Men who could shift into Bear or Wolf. As well as Boars, Eagles, Ravens, Snakes, etc.). We knew there was life in everything. I am 47 now & have been returned to the old ways (pre-christian) for 30 yrs. I truly respect people who celebrate and preserve their heritage. For us, it was nearly (close to 99%) wiped from the earth. For any natives watching this, do not let happen to you what happened to us. The church bought off greedy chieftains and kings, who in turn did the church's bidding by making their religion the rule of the land. Fast forward to today, most people of European descent have no clue who they are or where they truly come from. And for me it's heartbreaking to speak to them because they are so conditioned to think the old ways were "evil" and they recoil from any discussion that perhaps they are living a lie. Like a 1,500 yr case of stockholm syndrome. Or they think tv shows like "vikings" or the movie Thor is all there is or even correctly portrayed. So hang on to your ancestral ways. You descendants are counting on you.

    • @wildrain8602
      @wildrain8602 3 года назад +13

      Another huge similarity is the prochecies. The norse have their ragnarok. Where the wolf is set free to destroy the planet to restart. And the hopi say the two warrior twins who sit at each of the axis poles of the earth who spin the planet, will release two black serpents which will destroy the corruption being done to our mother.

    • @wildrain8602

      Read the book of the hopi and the hopi survival kit. You would love it as a norse pagan. It's good to learn from many different cultures, especially from ones as spiritually connected and humble as the traditional Hopi.

      I think Norse culture is fascinating and I commend you for following your ancestral path. I feel like you touched on a valuable point on religion. When I was younger church and religion never felt right to me, it was to constricting. When I was old enough I finally broke free of religion and found comfort in just being spiritual and connecting to nature like my indigenous ancestors. Peace and happiness to you brother on your journey.

      Judeo-Christian religions (or Levantine religions) have wiped out almost all others. Christians routinely poo-poo native religions and call them demonic, Satanism, heathen.

    I'm only 39 sec in and i feel like I've come across something. Im not native american but I had this strange dream the other day where a middle aged man with a curly beard came up to me and smiled and pointed at a spider web. I could see it up close and there were four drops of dew on it in a perfect pattern. He pointed to them and I think he said this is the fingerprint of God but it was something of God. I immediately woke up and automatically knew this was something special.

I stopped after my brother died a little over a year ago. It's a portal to another dimension. I just don't want to know anymore. I've had enough and am at peace now after having them for most of my life.

In this Euro-centric mondern day, the number three is considered a mathamtical number, and it includes stories of "The Three Little Pigs", three sisters of fate, "Glodie Locks and the Three Bears" and the number of wishes granted from a Genie", and the list goes in for stories including the number three.
