FINALLY! A video that doesnt have stupid music. We got to hear the actual sounds of the machinery, tools, processes, etc. Easily got my thumbs up!
Thanks for machine sounds only . I don't like music mixed into video
I agree
Totally agree
Yes!
Me too.
Your a bunch of Diddys .. use the volume button ffs 🤦♂️
👍🏴
Fábricas coreanas são incríveis! 🎉👏👏
The Amber blocks/bags is glue. The white pellets is virgin plastics for injection moulding products.
One of my first jobs was for an injection mold factory in Lexington ky when I was younger. Worked in material and handling. Racks of gaylord's filled with all types of plastics, nylons, rubber, some would be loose beads and some in bags just like the video. We'd weigh out color dye on a scale and mix it with the clear beads to color certain parts. That job was one of the hardest places I've ever worked. Considering I was responsible for grinding every bit of excess plastic from each injection mold machine as well as making sure each machine had material.
My boss was a real quiet guy who would make you feel like you never could do anything right, always had something to say but didn't do a damn bit of work himself ha. I'll never forget the one day he told me I was a good kid and that he wouldn't know what to do without me.
Too bad words can't pay the bills because no way in hell I'd work there the rest of my life at $7.95 an hour in a 150° factory. Glad those days of factory work are behind me.
5:07 I actually used those bags of glue for a hot melt rollers. Now I know how they were made!
we are amazed at what gets made and the processes, yet never think about the minds (genius) of the people who invent the machines that do it.
My cat was very excited seeing the manufacture of millions of balls ...

👍👍
how many fingers have been lost to the rubber factory ?
Korea is meticulous about safety regulations. This isn't India.
@@zyxw2000 I doubt regulation would allow workers to put their hands on the rubber while the mold is closing
@@manudehanoi Then the government needs to inspect this factory.
@@zyxw2000 the owner shouldnt wait for the govnt to take action to realise that process is risky
I have been watching quite a few of these South Korean videos and I have to say they are very interesting. However, they would be even better if they would have some comments!
Yes, 100% agree excellent videos but a commentary with detail of each stage, what is happening, the process is sadly missing. Please add a commentary if possible.
I agree. Like how do they make dry ice, what it's used for, the temperature of dry ice, etc. Of course, we can look that up ourselves, but...😂
@@trishie3376dry ice? well that is easy, you get some CO2 and you make it really really cold.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Second segment is huge flowerpots. The others you can figure out.
15:27 Hopefully no asphyxiation
Read the description.
@@zyxw2000Well the “rubber baskets” are neither rubber nor baskets. They kinda dropped the ball on the descriptions this episode.
First section. How to make plastic pellets. First, start with plastic pellets. 😅
First one is glue packets.
And I have to use a straw made out of paper just so we can have multicolored plastic balls that serve absolutely no purpose in society...
