I just paused the video just after Carl got the last coin and key, and am willing to bet all my money that Carl keydeathed. Please, Carl, never stop being you

It’s sorta been done already. There was a level where one of the red coin sections routes you optionally through the safety coin, and then only later shows that you picked it up. It also has an actual coin in section that gets picked up via shell if I remember correctly.
Around 3:58, noticed the volume randomly getting louder whenever Carl said "bullshit." Not sure what that was about, though guessing it was an accident from editing for the Family Friendlier version? XP;;
