Warband had a hella fun old west mod. We need one of those for Bannerlord
For some reason the pistols have amazing range, notorious in this mod for the bandits.
ah, guns, the great equalizer. Suddenly it doesn't matter how much money and training you put into a man, it only takes the same length of trigger pull to end them all.
That's actually not totally true, the drilling and training of soldiers from Prussia and Sweden allowed them to punch way above their weight.
The amount of training you put into your soldiers was actually one of the chief factors determining victory or defeat.
@@johndean8518 i agree but i think his point was that the skill floor was raised significantly for war, and gave way to conscription later on instead of professional soldiers.
would love to see more of this especially when you start getting into bigger battles
A flint lock effect range is 75 to 100 meter. And the caliber of the bullet/ lead balls are .32 to .75 cal. Images getting hit by one those. There was a u.s civil war soldiers name Jacob Miller who was shot in the head between the eyes and lived.

cannons are now for siege battles while field cannons are being worked on separately

Is it me or are units dying faster instead of being wounded in this mod?
There definitely seem to die faster. Could be because of the time and the guns?
Who knew a musket ball the size smaller then a gold ball ish would kill

technically it would make sense because being struck with a musket ball would typically mean death or amputation. both of which would end military service
I wish there was a 30 years war or 1550s mod for Bannerlord. I feel like that is the last era that works well with M&B
grenades are either going to be great in sieges or suck
When the grenades are the same as in the guns and powder mod, they slap

American Civil War mod would be amazing
I think there is a perk in the crossbow tree that will allow you to reload any crossbow on horseback, maybe that will work on the rifles?

Can u turn off the Icons of friendly units or lower it? Looks way better and sometimes its difficult to see the hole fight in large battles. Really love ur bannerlord series.

At the moment no, due to a couple of reasons. Mainly it takes too long to upload videos as they currently are, and with how much I like to do, I'd have no time for myself if the videos were any longer

Check and make sure your map is the most updated version, I had that problem with eagle rising and the Europe map

Honestly, not at the moment or maybe even in the future. I say this becasue I honestly find the Serve As A Soldier mod boring and lackluster :)
