I thoroughly enjoy getting to watch this channel and see these homes, but I have one request- night time shots. You've got so much intentionally done lighting throughout this particular place and many others that have been shared on this channel that has never been well displayed by showing how they can change the feel of a room at night when their full effect can be appreciated. Just a thought. Not to mention a night shot looking out that window to central park would be amazing I bet.

I’m absolutely in love with this home. The interior design is so beautiful and you can tell a lot of thought went into the home. The kitchen was definitely my favorite room by far. The cabinets mixed with the marbles was wonderful. It would be an absolute dream to live in that home with those views. The whole entire home/building gave off so much elegance!

Insane. So many of these are just absurdly priced obviously, but I gotta admit, if I was some crazy billionaire, or mega millionaire, I absolutely would be eyeing one of these kinds of homes in NY that has that picturesque view of Central Park like this one does. I mean when someone is spending 38 million on a home, the comparatively cheap furnishings are a second thought and subjective to say the least, Id assume that the staging is just that, setting the stage for what can be..
Serious question: why do designers and developers spend so much time meticulously paying attention to the details of these places when most of them are being purchased as investments and never being lived in at all. The experience of living here is completely meaningless as it’s value lies in its inherent worth and not the utility that it provides. Nobody lives in these

One thing i dislike about many of these houses is that the childrens rooms are comparably really small. If the kids dont have a lot of space on their own, they will be in the living room etc more, and maybe disturb others. And wont have a private little "palace" for themselves that is only theirs. And ofc, if you like you childhood room, you will stay there longer and actually want to stay there instead of leave as soon as possible. Like, parents mostly only sleep (and...) in their bedroom, whereas children (and later teenagers and young adults) spend a great amount of time in their rooms. Playing/crafts/studying or just chilling, so best make that comfortable for them.
To be honest, I appreciate the dedication designers have put in this home, but this isn’t the best home you could buy with this price in terms of design. Big chunk of the price just goes to the location and the cost of constructing the whole building
