Great stuff ...I practice ITF Taekwondo and I immediately saw influences of Red Fist in it. In techniques like the outer forearm guarding block. That technique definitely uses the support cut concept.

Is different, this style called “红拳”
Master Wong Fei Hung use “洪拳”
红 and 洪 have the same sound “Hong”
Hung Kuen and Hung Gar is not the same.
