My dad was a finisher, who specialized in sacking backing in the 50’s & 60’s. I learned from him from the time I was 12. We worked out of local 627. What you do is not patch & sack.
Thanks. I'm getting ready to pretty up my foundation pour and you have given me some great ideas. My dad used to do it with an old gunny sack and called it sacking.
Yeah as a lot of people say here, using brush will not smoothen the wall surface. But I realized this is actually beneficial for skim coating before putting paint on it! You see, these fine lines that the brush create will make the skim coat stick more before you paint the wall.
What if you have an uneven wall? What can you do to even it out.... years of neglect and just to make the wall solid again. Can you help? Post a video up about it please??
Yo uso la llana para poner el tamoseal en la pared, luego con una esponja le doy el toque final, me gusta el sweat finish que queda como abanico, aunque hacerlo con la escobita no queda mal

Stick to Shotcrete and you won’t have those holes to begin with 👍
this is not how you finish a wall. the only thing you are doing right is putting water on wall to absorb concrete
Make a video bitch. Nobody on youtube makes proper vids on this subject. Free bacon for you when you upload.
How is it done then?
Build that wall
