There's something about the visuals, movement, sound and gameplay feel that just makes this COD stand out. It's not been replicated and no recent COD stands up to it, it's still somehow scratching an itch even while overrun with hackers and kids lol
Because this game had a sense of IDENTITY! Even the more fantastical skins were waaaaaaay more down to earth and at least stuck with a general theme. Now Acti just wants COD to be their Fortnite.

knowing i can’t attain those search and destroy nights with a squad of friends, the world was shut down, everyone was on! and every lobby was guaranteed for good competition because almost every lobby everybody was on their mics.
Besides the cheating problem, this might be my favorite cod of all time. The movement was so smooth. The recoil on guns felt great and so did the sounds and looks of every gun. The camos were amazing. The perks were great and specialist was the best thing ever. I wish we could go back and appreciate this cod again with a full player base.

This movement is what we cod needs back. This is what brought call of duty back and established it once again. The movement was just beautiful, the graphic standard, and maps were overall fantastic. They let that game sink.
This game was literally a masterpiece. I left the franchise after Advanced Warfare before buying every single CoD but this game got me back into CoD. So many incredible memories from playing the game, being one of the best all time in my opinion.
i loved playing oil rig, but they took it out of rotation for so long in snd. I enjoyed playing this game overall for 3 years, but the lack of maps and from them being taken out of rotation, it was frustrating playing the same maps so often.
