I love my psvr2, bought it for gt7 alone and it was worth it. Ive played quite a few other awesome vr games as well because of it. I wish more people could try one, because its tough for people to spend $550 on tech, especially if they have never experienced vr.
I remember growing up and I had a Sega Genesis , my friend had snes and we were both happy to play either one and happy for each other. Being married to a brand and talking down on another helps no one. Come on Behemoth 🤤
The same with me and my buddies. Mid 80’s I had the Acorn Electron and some of my friends had the BBC and others the Spectrum. I don’t ever remember arguing between us which machine was better, like you we were just happy to play different games around each other’s houses. Sadly I think social media has enabled console wars to get sooooo toxic! 🤦🏼♂️
Why doesn't the vision pro get as much hate as PSVR2. PSVR2 has much more graphical power than quest IMO games are so much more immersive with that extra power. So I totally agree with you. Unfortunately Mata subsidising headsets has devalued public perception of the cost of VR. The index was £1000 with only one 1st party game. and you need a $2000 gaming PC on top. I have PSVR2 and Quest 3, I only really use quest for PCVR as I dont really want to play games that graphically look like job simulator.
Meta fueled no doubt, Sony rarely come out and say anything about anything.. You are either on board with them or you are not, they are like it with all there products, they make great phones that photographers prefer as the image is raw, "don't buy it then fine out sensors are most the competition driving those over saturated images anyway" seems to be there thinking, when do you see a Xperia advert. People also forget they are a company that is involved in every step of entertainment, from the movies you watch, cameras they are filmed on to the tv you watch them on, its a different set up to Microsoft for example which is mainly based around software as the base. Playstation is just another strand, on top of that they are Japanese, its against everything in there culture to show off or brag . So basically you have more chance of winning the lottery than Sony shouting from the hill tops about psvr2.. they will just drop games like they always do, sometimes you find them on store without even a ad on there channel. Had mine since lauch and loved every minute of it 👍.
I definitely wouldn't give an anonymous source cited by a mobile phone gaming website too much credibility. But weirdly all the other websites that then regurgitated that article did treat it as completely credible. Reeks of money changing hands behind the scenes.

Did you mention that the psvr2 can now be used with PC too with the new adapter? All roads lead to pcvr.

Psvr2 is PC compatible..at £500...the vive is over a grand for PC...psvr2 is now a good investment 👍
