Head back to the Relic on Mars. Make sure to put at least Quick Launch + High Velocity rounds + Velocity MW. This will get you 86 Velocity, and same reload as Indebted. Then go to the shooting range in back of Relic and try The Call, Indebted and Aberrant. Aberrant actually feels the fastest now. You could even go faster with Hard launch instead of Quick.

I agree especially when the artifact goes away it will be even worse. It is just to slow. Indebted is still the best one
