    oh man this is so nostalgic, thanks for sharing. I used to do taekwondo as a kid and this just popped into my mind as something I used to do but totally forgot. Definitely going to relearn this!

      Hello ma'am, moa seogi is feet together. Naranhi seogi is feet parallel, normally about shoulder width.

    Ollgul makgi - this block often is used to protect oneself from some of the high kicks of taekwondo - especially "neria chagi" (axe kick) or a high roundhouse kick to the face on either side. So don't use that high block over your head. It just needs to be in front of the head.

    Thank you very for sharing. This is an excellent video. It explains each motion throughtly. This is my standard for the Taegeuk Poomsae Series that I use to compare.
    I wish the World Taekwondo Academy with develop self defense for Real Life Street encounters. However, this may be difficult given or due to the fact that this is a global organization; And every country has different Laws that deals with what level of self protection is acceptable.

      assuming forward short stance is the one that's front stance but shorter it's just a walking distance
