I know I have annuity given in a trust but what happens when relatives kept it from and court records state that I'm the Decedents Estate like if I passed away dead how does that work if my SSI number should show that I'm alive

Hey Stan, I read that I can buy a MYGA inside of my IRA. How do I do that? I have Schwab as my custodian. If I take the money out it will be taxed. Do I need to roll it into a self directed IRA? other options? thanks
