WCI was sanji he got the most focus behind luffy, zoro got the most focus behind luffy and now it’s Ussop turn in elbaf it will be luffy if the forefront but the next one will be Ussop

Zoro never aimed to want to go to Wano. Wano was never a strive for him and not part of his dream. Even after defeating Ryuma, Wano wasn't something he wanted to visit.
Same with Franky, as a community they just assumed because "science" and Franky was on Vegapunks old islands. Again meeting VP and his island was not part of his dream.
Ussop made it clear HE wanted to go to Elbaph and Luffy agreed and was just as giddy. And everytime Ussop meets a Giant he always mentions he wants to visit Elbaph and letting other Giants know that he knows of Dorry and Broggy. Ussop will in fact be a major part of this Arc.
Sanji found his All Blue in this chapter.
That panel of them sailing on the rainbow is just classic one piece
